MENU 1: $25.50 per head, plus GST

Simple In-Office

Served cold. Minimum 15 guests. Plates and cutlery are needed for this menu.

We can organise the provision of these if required.

Smoked turkey breast sliced and served with cranberry tartlettes
Premium leg ham served with pots of various mustards
Roasted chicken salad with fresh cherries in a creamy tarragon sauce
Potato salad with fresh asparagus spears in basil pesto dressing
Christmas colours salad of broccoli and baby tomatoes in a sour cream dressing
Baby leafy greens salad with Dijon vinaigrette
Crusty home-baked rolls and sliced French bread


MENU 2: $18.50 per head, plus GST

Gourmet BBQ (Min 50 guests)

Devils on horseback - prunes grilled in bacon
Mini teriyaki - cubes of premium beef in a Japanese soy and ginger marinade
Baby turkey and cranberry chipolata sausages

Gourmet hamburgers - prime beef on crusty rolls with the following toppings:

  •  bean shoots and spicy peanut sauce

  •  butter lettuce and blue cheese sauce

  •  onion rings and tomato and chilli sauce

  •  grated cheese and sweet mustard sauce

  •  coleslaw and sour cream

A salad bar can be supplied at an extra cost of $7.50 per head
A selection of desserts is available at $7.00 per head

A barbecue can be provided, if required.


MENU 3: $26.90 per head, plus GST

Glam Cocktail Party

This menu comprises hot and cold cocktail food to be served to guests. Price includes 8 items per person with the following variety. Our experienced cooking and waiting staff are available to ensure the success of your event.

Cold

Christmas tree croutes topped with goats cheese and chopped parsley, decorated with fresh red currants Turkey and cranberry ribbon sandwiches.
Oysters served in Chinese porcelain spoons with chive chiffonnade dressing

Hot

Zucchini batons wrapped in smoked salmon and baked in filo, served with herbed Hollandaise
Smoked salmon risotto balls with dill sauce
Chicken and haloumi skewers with fresh oregano leaves
Baby beef Wellingtons with BBQ sauce OR Middle Eastern lamb boats
Tomato and coriander pesto tartlets
Prawn and pumpkin fritters with sweet chilli sauce
Marinara pasties with preserved lemon mayonnaise
Crab spring rolls with chilli plum sauce

Sweet

Baby fruit cakes dusted with icing sugar
Grape jellies served in shot glasses topped with vanilla bean cream
Warm dried fruit and apple filo finger


Menu 4: $23.50 per head, plus GST

Social Club Lunch Party

Substantial hot and cold finger food either served buffet-style for guests to help themselves, or served by our staff to guests over a period of time. Serviettes only are required.

Ribbon sandwiches with mixed fillings, including turkey and cranberry, and leg ham with Dijon mustard
Honey soy chicken wings
Dip platters with fresh vegetable crudits and Lebanese bread crisps
Spiced sausage rolls with sweet chilli sauce
Peking duck party pies
