MENU 1: $16.75 per head plus GST

Gourmet BBQ

Devils on horseback - prunes grilled in bacon
Mini teriyaki - cubes of premium beef in a Japanese soy and ginger marinade
Baby Thai beef chipolata sausages with sweet chilli sauce

Gourmet hamburgers - prime beef on crusty rolls with the following toppings:

  • beanshoots and spicy peanut sauce

  • butter lettuce and blue cheese sauce

  • onion rings and tomato and chilli sauce

  • grated cheese and sweet mustard sauce

  • coleslaw and sour cream

A salad bar can be supplied at an extra cost of $6.00 per head.
A selection of desserts is available at $7.00 per head.
A barbecue can be supplied, if required, for a charge of $100.00.
 


MENU 2: $27.00 per head plus GST

Picnic in the Park

Juicy lamb cutlets with a herb and mustard crust
Spiced chicken legs
Scotch egg - hard boiled egg coated with spiced minced meat, coated in breadcrumbs and fried
Provencal tarts
Potato salad with spring onions mayonnaise
Apple, celery and walnut salad
Cheese and grapes with crusty rolls; baby fruit cakes with brandied cream

The food can be provided on platters ready for presenting at your chosen picnic spot, or can be packed into individual hampers, according to your needs


MENU 3: $23.00 per head plus GST

Simple In-Office

Turkey breast served with cranberry tartlettes
Premium leg ham served with Italian mustard fruits and pots of various mustards
Roasted chicken salad with fresh cherries in a creamy tarragon sauce
Loin of pork with mango and mint salsa
Potato salad with asparagus in a creamy pesto dressing
Two rice and vegetable salad - brown and white rices with lots of vegetables
Christmas colours salad with baby greens, walnuts and cherry tomatoes in a walnut oil vinaigrette
Crusty home-baked rolls and sliced French bread

Crockery, cutlery and glasses can be supplied if required.


MENU 4: $13.50 per head plus GST

Cocktail Food

Our own spiced cocktail sausage rolls served with sweet chilli sauce
Indian lamb samosas with yoghurt dip
Thai deep fried noodle balls
Vietnamese spring rolls with rice vinegar dipping sauce
Turkey and cranberry ribbon sandwiches
Smoked salmon and horseradish tartlettes

This menu comprises hot and cold finger food to be served to guests. Serviettes only are required.
