MENU 1: $22.95 per head, plus GST

Finger Food BBQ

7 items per person with the following variety:

  • Devils on horseback - prunes grilled in bacon
  • Mini teriyaki - cubes of premium beef in a Japanese soy and ginger marinade
  • Baby turkey and cranberry chipolata sausages with mashed potato and gravy dip
  • Mini tuna and coleslaw burgers- on button rolls
  • Duck, prune and apricot skewers- marinated in honey and lemon juice
  • Surf and turf skewers- beef filet cubes, fresh prawns, grilled and served with garlic and parsley butter
  • Barbequed polenta fingers with Fontina cheese and herbs
  • Saganaki- BBQ’ed cheese on French bread stick with a drizzle of lemon

A salad bar can be supplied at an extra cost of $8.00 per head.

  • Baby greens, shredded cabbage with crumbled cheddar cheese, radishes, herbs
  • Pumpkin, egg and sour cream salad
  • Potato salad with green beans and pesto mayonnaise
  • Mixed tomatoes salad with old fashioned thickened vinaigrette

A selection of finger food desserts is available at $7.50 per head.

  • Chocolate craisin biscuits
  • Christmas brownies- chocolate and fresh raspberry brownies
  • Baby Christmas cakes
  • Brandy custard dipping sauce

MENU 2: $34.50 per head, plus GST

Classic BBQ Favourites

Mixed grill

  • Gourmet sausages with relishes and tomato sauce
  • Grilled mini porterhouse steaks
  • Lamb cutlets with garlic yoghurt sauce
  • Bacon rolls
  • Fried onion, garlic butter mushrooms and grilled tomatoes

For vegetarian

  • Felafel burgers with garlic yoghurt sauce

Salad bar

  • Potato salad with fresh asparagus in a pesto mayonnaise
  • Curried pasta salad with peppers and cherry tomatoes
  • Old fashioned tomato salad- varied tomatoes dressed in a thickened vinaigrette
  • Baby Green leaf salad with Dijon mustard vinaigrette and red currants
  • Varied breads with herbed butter

A barbeque can be supplied or we can use yours. Serviettes and disposable crockery and cutlery can be supplied if a salad bar is ordered.

MENU 3: $34.00 per head, plus GST

Picnic in the Park

  • Juicy lamb cutlets with a herb and mustard crust
  • Southern fried buttermilk chicken legs served with blue cheese sauce
  • Provencal tarts or deep dish ham and potato pies
  • Crusty rolls with ham, camembert cheese and rocket
  • Potato salad with almond mayonnaise
  • Apple, celery and coconut salad
  • Cheese and grapes with crusty rolls; baby fruit cakes with brandied cream

The food can be provided on platters ready for presenting at your chosen picnic spot, or can be packed into individual hampers, according to your need.

Menu 4: $28.00 per head, plus GST

Simple In Office Buffet

  • Turkey breast served with cranberry tartlettes
  • Premium leg ham served with Italian mustard fruits and pots of various mustards
  • Roasted chicken salad with fresh cherries in a creamy tarragon sauce
  • Loin of pork stuffed with pistachio, spinach, craisins and flavoured with star anise
  • Potato salad with asparagus in a pesto dressing
  • Two rice and vegetable salad - brown and white rices with lots of vegetables
  • Christmas colours salad with baby greens, walnuts and cherry tomatoes in a walnut oil vinaigrette
  • Roasted beetroot, potato and tomato salad with spiced vinaigrette
  • Crusty home-baked rolls and sliced French bread

Crockery, cutlery and glasses can be supplied if required.

Menu 5: $51.00 per head, plus GST

Christmas Sit Down Dinner

Entree

  • Ham mousse with slices of melon OR red salmon pate with cucumber salad and sour cream sauce

Main

  • Roasted turkey breast with traditional herbed bread and lemon stuffing and a turkey stock gravy, or stuffed with cranberry, pistachio, craisins and star anise, roasted and sliced
  • Roasted pork Scotch with apple puree
  • Roasted potatoes
  • Medley of peas - garden, snow and sugar peas tossed together in butter
  • Braised Dutch carrots with honey and sesame seeds
  • Freshly baked baby ciabatta with olive oil and balsamic to dip (or butter)

Dessert

  • Individual plum puddings served with frothy brandied sabayon sauce OR rum and raisin icecream in chocolate cups

Menu 6: $17.10 per head, plus GST

Cocktail party (6 to 10 items per person with the following variety, depending on the number of guests)

Hot

  • Our own spiced cocktail sausage rolls served with sweet chilli sauce
  • And/or chickpea and zucchini “sausage” rolls with roasted tomato sauce
  • Indian lamb samosas with yoghurt dip
  • Chicken Kiev balls with lemon mayonnaise
  • Mini Moroccan chicken b’stilla pies- spiced chicken, current and almond filo pies, dusted with icing sugar
  • Pear and blue cheese fritters
  • Coconut fish goujons- with lemon sauce
  • Peking duck pies
  • Mini chicken sates with Indonesian sate sauce

Cold

  • Turkey and cranberry ribbon sandwiches
  • Smoked salmon and horseradish tartlettes
  • Panzanella salad tarts - crisp bread base filled with basil leaf and topped with tomato, olive and caper salad

Sweet

  • Little Christmas trifles in little cups with tiny silver spoons
  • Mini fruit mince pies with brandy cream
  • Christmas brownies - fresh raspberry and dark chocolate brownies
  • Christmas chocolate craisin biscuits
  • Mini gelati cones - various flavours

This menu comprises hot and cold finger food to be served to guests. Serviettes only are required.
